RJC is a not-for-profit founded by lawyers with lived experiences. RJC’s purpose is to eliminate racism and racial injustice, using the legal system, education and reform. Duties Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the P&C Officer, this role’s duties include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating the delivery of training for our people at all levels of the business, including company induction for new recruits, leadership development programs, job related training, online learning programs and other planned or ad-hoc training requests.
• Coordinate the organisation and administration of our Director training programs.
• Prepare and maintain a training calendar and database of scheduled training sessions.
• Coordinate the logistics to support training initiatives, liaising with external providers, room / venue bookings, participant accommodation and travel, catering and raising associated purchase orders.
• Support the promotion of training initiatives within the business.
• Provide assistance in the design, development and delivery of learning and development initiatives
• Attend monthly team meetings
• Have a passion for social justice
• Willing to contribute up to 3 hours a week

3. Attributes The ideal candidate must have:

• Creating training courses and learning management systems

• Ideally, Moodle experience

• Highly adaptable with great problem-solving and organisational skills
