Museum Shop & Online Store Merchandiser

Bradman Foundation

Key duties

  • help with a review of existing operations, practices and infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement
  • provide key recommendations for more sustainable practices
  • help guide the implementation of recommendations
  • help provide a lesson guide or key points for sustainability element in our classroom museum tours

Skills/experience (desirable):

  • merchandising experience - may be product, visual, retail, digital, or omnichannel
  • experience with electronic point-of-sale terminals and e-commerce
  • experience in working with merchandising cycles, determination of quantities, setting prices for goods, creating display designs, developing marketing strategies, and establishing discounts or promotions
  • familiarity with arts/gallery/museum environment beneficial but not required
