Volunteer Opportunity: Board Meeting Minutes Recorder

Time Commitment: Approximately 4pm to 6.30pm 8 times a year. Plus additional administration time
Responsibilities:

Attend Board Meetings: Be present at our 8 board meetings (either in-person or virtually).

Record Minutes: Take accurate and comprehensive minutes during board meetings, capturing discussions, decisions, and action items.

Prepare and Distribute Minutes: Compile the meeting minutes promptly after each session and distribute them to board members and relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with Company Secretary: Work closely with the Company Secretary to ensure alignment and accuracy in meeting documentation.

Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding board discussions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Reliable and punctual attendance at board meetings.
- Proficient in note-taking and summarizing discussions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with board members and staff.
