Volunteers will number, describe, label and record location of items into physical registers and then transfer information into an electronic database for easy searching on key words. This is an essential part of the recording of the collection so that items can be found easily for planning exhibitions, writing local stories, labelling etc. Training in all aspects of recording will be provided. Some basic computer skills are preferred.
