Gardening Volunteer at the Cherrybrook Retirement Village - 208409
The role of the Volunteer Gardener is vital in creating a sense of wellbeing, connection and community for veterans and seniors.
Main Tasks:

Assist with the maintenance of the village garden and grounds. This can include pruning, raking, weeding, planting, clearing and mulching. Volunteers will not be using pesticides.

Liaise with and follow directions from staff

Follow the manual handling guidance

Have ‘green fingers’ or passion for gardening
