The Hobsons Bay Toy Library is cherished community toy library, dedicated to enriching the lives of children and families by providing access to a wide range of toys, games, and educational resources. Our mission is to support child development, encourage play, and strengthen community bonds by making play accessible to all families, regardless of their socioeconomic status. Located in the heart of our community, we believe in the power of play to inspire, educate, and bring joy.

We are currently looking for a grants coordinator to join our volunteer committee

Key Duties Include

• Research and identify potential grant opportunities that align with our mission and needs.

• Coordinate and prepare grant applications, including writing proposals, compiling necessary documentation, and submitting applications by deadlines.

• Track and manage grant submissions, follow-ups, and reporting requirements.

• Maintain records of all grant applications, awards, and declinations.

This role will require approx 1 hour a week as well as attending a monthly online committee meeting for approx 2 hours.
