Follow directions given by the Volunteer Retail Team Leader and Line Manager to the support shop operations, generate income and achieve Vinnies mission. Duties can include: •Undertake daily financial reconciliations •Maintain sufficient volunteer coverage for shop rosters •Support and engage the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience •Open and close the retail shop at the agreed scheduled times
