Since 2017, our charity has provided a safe space for women affected by domestic violence, abuse and isolation. Our initiatives provide our women with the support, training and skills to rebuild their lives. Zen Tea Lounge Foundation believes to combat Domestic Violence women need to gain: 1) financial freedom, 2) emotional freedom.

This role is a paid position. Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for the rights and needs of people with disabilities.
• Engage with community groups and stakeholders to increase awareness of ZTLFoundation's mission.
• Contribute insights on the NDIS and the gaps within the current system.
• Facilitate growth in our ambassador program and strengthen collaborative efforts.

Requirements:

• Must be an individual with a disability or a carer.
• Demonstrated passion for social change and improving lives in the disability sector.
• Extensive experience and understanding of the disability system, including NDIS.
• Active involvement in relevant community groups.
• Strong communication and networking skills to increase organizational reach and impact.
