As the Volunteer Fundraising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our fundraising strategy. You will work closely with the LDAA team to identify funding opportunities, engage with donors, and coordinate fundraising events. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to support those affected by Lyme disease and advance our research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Fundraising Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive fundraising plans that align with LDAA’s mission and goals.
• Identify Funding Opportunities: Research and identify potential funding sources, including grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual donors.
• Donor Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective donors through personalised communication and recognition efforts.
• Event Coordination: Plan, organise, and execute fundraising events, virtual and/or in-person, to engage the community and raise funds.
• Campaign Management: Oversee fundraising campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring effective promotion and donor participation.
• Reporting: Monitor and report on fundraising progress, providing regular updates to the LDAA board.
