- Spend time as a companion to someone experiencing social isolation. Share your stories, laughs and journey and learn from someone with a world of experience
- Develop friendships by visiting people in their homes or residential home, going on outings, playing games, listening to music, watching movies, creating art, reading books or newspapers or simply talking
- Help to ensure your companion is seen and heard. You are truly changing someone’s life by being there for support
