Duties could include: General maintenance: damaged paintwork - with a splash of paint where needed Tightening screws on faulty doors Adding a drop of oil on squeaky doors Gardening: Using the ride-on mower tof maintain 2.5 acres of grassy area Planting and maintenance of a veggie garden Flower bed maintenance Build and maintain a community garden - both locations Trimming of trees and plants Helping hand - off jobs around the place such as helping out with activities
