RSAC is a registered charity promoting quality of life choices and inclusion for people with disability, their carers and families. We offer many different activities on a weekly basis to people with disability including swimming lessons. RSAC requires an assistant swim instructor on a Friday evening from 6.30pm till 7.30pm during school terms to assist our coach and volunteers. It will require getting into the water with the participants and taking advice from the RSAC swimming coach. All training needed for the position will be supplied by RSAC staff and volunteers.

This will rub off on you and you will build lifelong friendships while you hone skills in working with and understanding the issues for people with a disability. Added, under the tutelage of our head coach you will learn a range of swim teaching techniques from the basics of learning to swim to running a squad session for people with a disability.
