Volunteers will be required to perform the following tasks

• Serving visitors in the beautiful Everglades tearooms

• Making tea and coffee

• Learning how to cater for groups

• Kitchen hand – washing-up and stacking dishwashers

• Cash handling and processing credit card sales.

• Answering phone calls and taking booking inquiries.

Training:Induction and familiarisation visit with the site and staff. Full training in the retail software used by the National Trust (NSW). On-the-job training in customer service and retail operations. Ongoing support from staff and fellow volunteers
