Drivers will transport clients to attend shopping and/or appointments. The role delivers a door-through-door service. This includes assisting clients from door into/out of vehicle. In addition to the transport, the service provides highly valued incidental social interaction with our clients.

As a volunteer you will need to:

• Be physically fit - able to assist clients in and out of vehicle as required. Drivers may also be required to assist with walkers, wheelchairs and the like.
• You will be courteous, have a sense of humour and good communications skills.
• You will need a current Drivers Licence, have your own well maintained comprehensively insured vehicle.
