Western Health are seeking members of the community to review and provide feedback on documents/education materials developed by staff.

Your input ensures information provided to patients, visitors and the community is informative, easy to understand and easy to read.

You will be given 2 weeks to read and provide feedback on documents. Your contribution will ensure information is fit for purpose and meets the needs of our community.

Please note: All members of the Consumer Information Review Panel will need to complete consumer advisor registration.
