The Role We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic animator and/or motion graphics designer with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, global team to inspire people around the world to make a better future. You'll work with our multimedia team to create a variety of motion graphics (and edit live-action videos), for our social media and YouTube channels. Your efforts will enrich our video content and help inspire people to create a thrivable future.

Your experience Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro and Illustrator). At least 2 years in a freelance or in-studio Motion Design or Digital Design role. Experience creating engaging content within specific guidelines. Experience working with data visualisation and content layouts, or character animation. Ability to work from brief to completion, including mood boards, storyboards and style frames. Interactive web video experience and knowledge of web-based applications are a bonus.

Ideally, you should have Bachelor Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience. Fluency in English (preferred). A passion for sustainability. A collaborative team player mindset. Excellent communication and organisation skills. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Well-developed problem-solving abilities. Willingness to learn new skills The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
