The Role We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Community Builder in the online working environment. This role involves actively engaging with individuals in sustainability groups on LinkedIn and Facebook, dedicating 4 hours a day (2 hours on each platform) for 5 days a week. Additionally, the candidate will allocate 4 hours for meetings, webinars, social media, marketing-PR, and collaborative initiatives.

Responsibilities Spend dedicated time fostering discussions about sustainability within relevant groups on LinkedIn and Facebook. Promote and build a community around the Thrive Framework, organising and promoting webinars within the sustainability groups. Allocate time for meetings, webinars, and collaborative efforts to enhance community engagement and awareness. Manage and actively participate in a minimum of 40 groups across both platforms, fostering a sense of community and driving conversations. Work towards achieving OKR (Objectives and Key Results) goals, contributing to the growth and success of the community.

Your experience Preferred experience in community management and PR. Demonstrate the ability to effectively deal with conflicts within the community. Work collaboratively with team members, providing constructive feedback to content creators, and contributing to the overall content strategy. Proficient in Zoom and other relevant tools for attending and actively participating in meetings. Strong conflict resolution skills.

Requirements Bachelor Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience. Fluency in English (preferred). Willingness to learn new skills The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time. A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all. Excellent communication and organization skills. Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
