Nurtured Village Hampers Ltd is a registered health promotion charity in Australia. The organisation has a mission for the prevention and control of recognised maternal mental health disorders.
Our Fundraising Coordinator works in their local community to build donations either financial, goods or services from the Bathurst and regional areas. The Fundraising Coordinator works closely with our Hamper Coordinators who will advise you each month on what will best support the individual recipient each month.
Donations may comprise of essential baby items, vouchers for services, food, utilising GIVIT website, and small gifts to give to a local mother and their family who may be navigating hardship. So as to create a community for local mums, these donations will make up a hamper so the recipient feels seen and supported and creates a village around her.
We require the following skills and experience
• Passionate about supporting mothers and promoting their well-being. • Proven experience in philanthropy and fundraising within the Bathurst community engaging your local network and building relationships. • An innovative thinker with creative ideas to engage donors and supporters. • Experience in Fundraising both Financial and goods and services is valued, • You will work remotely, from home. Confidence in the use of Facebook, Teams, Microsoft 365, and GIVIT.org.au. Good communication skills written and oral are essential. • Promote the organisation locally and encourage the growth of the Facebook group including promoting. • Assist in marketing The Nurtured Village with local organisations/businesses and services. • Connect with local services/businesses to promote on the Facebook page • All with the support of your local team, the management team and the Founding Director of The Nurtured Village.
