Position: Social Media Manager Responsibilities: As a Social Media Manager for our small disability dancing school, you will be responsible for creating engaging and inclusive content on a weekly basis to showcase our classes, events, and the wonderful achievements of our students.

Your role will involve:

  1. Content Creation: Develop and curate visually appealing and informative content, including photos, videos, and graphics, highlighting our disability-inclusive dance classes and events.
  2. Social Media Management: Manage and update our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring consistent and engaging posts to increase our online presence.
  3. Inclusivity and Sensitivity: Demonstrate a deep understanding of inclusivity and disability awareness, ensuring all content is respectful, empowering, and representative of our diverse student body.
  4. Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and encouraging participation and interaction among our online audience.
  5. Promotions and Events: Create promotional content for upcoming classes, workshops, and events. Coordinate online campaigns to increase attendance and participation.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports to track the performance of social media campaigns. Use insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with dance instructors and students to gather authentic content, testimonials, and success stories, showcasing the positive impact of our classes.

Requirements: • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and trends. • Experience in creating accessible and engaging multimedia content. • Sensitivity and empathy towards individuals with disabilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. • Basic knowledge of analytics tools to measure social media performance.
