2. Duties Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role’s duties include, but are not limited to:

• Drafting position descriptions for new roles required and overseeing recruitment process
• Developing and drafting policies for volunteers
• Manage and advise Operations Manager on volunteer management and compliance requirements
• Creating an onboarding system for RJC
• Developing organisational culture and volunteer engagement strategies Support and advise Operations Manager on organisational change management, providing advice and support to the wider organisation

• Understand the culture of volunteer organisations
• Be deeply passionate about the work that RJC does
• Have proven management and leadership experience at a senior level
• Have a HR background or understanding of it
• Have strong leadership and motivational ability
• Have strategic planning and resource management skills
• Manage their time well and is organised
• Be detail oriented
