In this volunteer role you will be visiting Legacy clients at the Greenslopes Private Hospital to check on their health, wellbeing and social supports. The patients you will be visiting are sometimes from out of town and do not have their usual support networks. These visits ensure Legacy maintains regular contact with our clients, supporting them, reducing social isolation and maintaining updated records.

You will be supported by our Community Operations Officer and training is provided. Expert professional support will be available if any complex situations arise via the Legacy Community Service team. You can volunteer a half day on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
