Helping to provide a caring and quality service to our patients through providing a warm welcome, assisting with directions and assisting with the Q-Flow kiosk. Role responsibilities include:

• Greet patients and visitors
• Offer assistance with directions to the appropriate reception area
• Offer assistance with using the Q-Flow Kiosk
• As required, escort patients to specific areas
• Liaise with staff if a patient requires extra assistance
• Liaise with staff regarding length of waiting times to provide information as requested by waiting room patients and visitors
• Assist patients with accessing patient information documents
