Female Digital Literacy Mentor

Key Responsibilities: Partnering: Collaborate with bi-lingual digital literacy mentors to assist women with their electronic devices. Your role is to support the interaction and assist where you can. Empathy and Patience: Demonstrate empathy and patience while working with women who may be new to technology. Help create a welcoming and non-judgmental environment for learning. Assistance: Offer assistance as needed, such as helping women to hold or navigate their devices, read instructions, or access specific applications or features. Observation: Keep a watchful eye on the interactions, stepping in if any issues or challenges arise, and offering guidance or support when required.
