Join the volunteer team and get behind-the-scenes experience at a world-leading photography festival, meet and greet new people and exhibiting artists at the 2024 Head On Photo Festival.

We seek volunteers ready to assist in different areas, including exhibition installation, hosting at the Head On Festival Launch at Bondi Pavilion and other events, gallery minding, event photography and videography.

We also offer opportunities to generally assist the event producers and Head On team: web development/management, office administration, marketing, social media, and graphic design.

These are hands-on roles and an excellent opportunity to work with a tight-knit, high-paced team that produces great things.
