Design and implement a database and input form(s) attached to our website (Wordpress) to track donations. With our book collections program growing, and prompted by our new relationship with Coles, we have a need to better track out incoming donations and be able to create reports to facilitate planning and relationships with supporter groups. We have somewhere around 150 donation bins and an army of 60+ volunteers representing a growing number of community groups and service clubs across the state, with interstate coming online in the near future. To automate this whole process, we want to add a hidden page to the 123Read2Me website so the volunteers can input the data directly via a form linked to a database to record the details at the time of collection. We will then need to access the data to run reports on numbers collected, by location, by individual, via organisation, etc. We will need at least the following fields: Drop downs plus input fields Date (auto) / Group /Store Name (Location) / Volunteer name / Volunteer’s group / Boxes collected / bags collected.
