As a mini-bus driver at HammondCare Cardiff Residential Aged Care, you’ll help our elderly residents enjoy little adventures around the local community.

Whether it’s a short scenic drive, a trip to a favourite café, or a quick outing to explore nearby spots, your driving skills will help bring smiles and fresh experiences to their day. You’ll be joined by one of our friendly care staff, who will take care of the residents’ needs while you focus on the joy of the journey.

Your impact

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
