Join our dynamic Application Delivery Team! Your role will be crucial in assisting with change requests, data analysis, and supporting various applications. If you're detail-oriented, communicative, and have a knack for technology, we want you on board.

Volunteer Tasks 

• Collaborate with the Digital Application Manager to effectively handle change requests.
• Aid in data analysis and reporting to contribute valuable insights.
• Support the CMS team in maintaining Salesforce and other applications.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Utilize your knowledge of the MS Office suite for efficient tasks.
• Assist in performing necessary administrative duties.

To be successful in this role you'll share Yooralla’s values and have: 

• Graduation in IT or Accounting. (You may be someone pursuing Graduation Or an experienced professional from overseas looking for an opportunity to gain work experience.) 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Prior experience in IT or related fields is a plus.

Your appointment will be subject to safeguarding checks such as national Police Check, Working with Children's Check (Volunteer Type), Evidence of work rights in Australia, etc.
