Foster House and the Together Home Program support individuals experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness. We are looking for a caring, empathic and compassionate individual to support our team to create a a great experience for our residents and individuals connected to our service. The V- Homeless Team member (Reception/Admin) role is key in the smooth running of our centre, providing the first point of contact and initial support for our visitors.
The role brings a variety of reception activities such as welcoming clients and answering calls, as well as some administrative support to the team. This role is ideal for someone who loves to make a great first impression for visitors and callers, but also loves creating order and refining processes. Receptionists are highly valued team members as they are the face of our team.

Bring your dynamic organisational skills to respond to incoming calls, emails and greeting of visitors, whilst also using those quieter times to do data entry, preparing documents, reports and spreadsheets.
Apply your well-honed IT skills to using online systems for information entry and retrieval.
Bring your attention to detail, professionalism and integrity to ensure that confidentiality is adhered to at all times.
A Working with Childrens Check and a Police Check are required for this role
