Make a difference – Volunteer Your Time

Karitane Volunteer Family Connect Program Macarthur and Wollondilly offers a free volunteer in home visiting service which supports the wellbeing of parents and children. Volunteers can help parents adjust to a new baby, cope with multiple children, assist parents to overcome feelings of isolation or help with other factors that can be stressful to parents to young children ( 0-5 years )

Volunteers can help with • Supporting parents • Helping to enjoy your parenting experience • Getting out and about • Connecting to community groups and supports • Reducing isolation, stress and anxiety • Proving information, advice and practical support • Offering someone to talk , listen to and understand
