Multiple Sclerosis is funded to provide a volunteer visiting program – the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS).
Volunteer visitors share stories, go for a stroll or have a cuppa, listen to music or play a board game. Our volunteers play a vital role in the life of a person living in an aged care home or their own home through ongoing friendship. We have a lovely lady in Frankston who would benefit from your friendship. She would love to go out for coffee to the local café and have a chat.

You need to be warm, caring, reliable and be willing to commit to weekly or fortnightly visits for a minimum of 12 months/ongoing.

Good English communication skills are required for this recipient, however volunteers with other languages willing to be matched to same language are very welcome to enquire.
