The Conservation Subcommittee works to facilitate the conservation and preservation of Western Australian native plants on public and private lands including roadsides. It supports efforts to strengthen laws and regulations for the conservation of Western Australian flora and encourage enforcement of laws and regulations. It makes submissions on behalf of the Society to government and other relevant organisations. The Conservation Subcommittee may appoint one or more Project Officers for specific or general purposes.
