Our exciting new Hub Space is a place where our Volunteer Conference Members can meet with the people they assist to provide them with emergency relief. Boasting a pantry with free grocery items, meeting rooms for external services to share with us and training/meeting facilities for our personnel, we are seeking an enthusiastic front of house receptionist to help with the day to day operations of this busy space. Duties will involve but are not limited to:

• Welcoming of appointments and providing a friendly reception

• Manage office space bookings

• Answer and direct telephone calls

• Attend to general public

• Monitor email accounts and respond to emails

• Basic data entry

• Maintain office supplies eg stationery, tea/coffee amenities

• Support Volunteers with their interviews and client assistance

• Hours are flexible and school friendly
