The Mission to Seafarers sells phone SIMs and Recharge cards to visiting seafarers. We need to record the personal identification details of each person who purchases a SIM. The role requires maintenance of stock levels of the various phone cards. The information is stored in Excel spreadsheets on a Cloud storage system. Purchases of stock are made by email. Sales to seafarers may involve emails. Pick up and delivery of Phone cards can be made by others, if necessary. This is an important element of the service that the Mission provides for seafarers.
