Responsibilities:

• Conducting electrical testing and tagging of non-toy equipment using appropriate equipment and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant electrical safety regulations and standards.
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of testing and tagging activities.
• Identifying and reporting any faulty or damaged electrical items to the Toy Library Coordinator or designated supervisor.
• Collaborating with the volunteer team to ensure the safe and reliable operation of our toy library.

Requirements:

• Qualification and certification in Test and Tag procedures.
• Experience in conducting electrical testing and tagging, preferably with knowledge of equipment safety standards.
• Ability to provide your own testing equipment, including a portable appliance tester and associated tools.
• Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to testing and documentation.
• Knowledge of relevant electrical safety regulations and a commitment to following best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
