Volunteer Ward Support duties include: *Support patients through having a conversation, reading, sharing tea/coffee, playing board games, delivering books and other in-room support

*Engage with patients to provide information and answer queries

*Support patients in their room to use the Point of Care terminal’s multimedia and information services

*Sitting with patients and their families to chat and listen

*Offering and providing a cup of tea and or sandwiches for approved patients and families

*Provide feedback to Ward Clerk / NUM regarding any patient requests or issues

*Small administrative tasks
