The Australian Volunteers Program is an Australian Government-funded initiative that supports global volunteering. We support partner organisations to achieve locally-led change and the realisation of the Sustainable Development Goals.

While there you can choose different assignment preferences, such as the countries you'd like to support, the length of the assignment, and whether you'd like to volunteer remotely, in-country, or both!

Program volunteers must be Australian citizens or holders of a Permanent Residency Visa of Australia, or New Zealand residents in Australia with a Special Category Visa (SCV).
