Volunteer Service Desk Engineer
Wesley MissionWesley Mission's Information Services Team is looking for a tech enthusiast to join the team. If you're interested in all things computers and tech, would like to kick-start (or test out) your career is I.S. then this is the role for you!
1-3 days per week
short and long term placements
Sydney CBD location
On the job training provided
This role will help provide Information Services support to the business by:
- providing client support with a strong customer focus
- logging all incidents and service requests presented to the Service Desk according to service desk policy
- providing level one investigation, analysis, diagnosis and resolution
- ensuring major issues are escalated to senior members of the Service Desk team
Skills & Experience:
- interest or previous experience in information technology
- ability to establish rapport with a wide range of people
- ability to be a strong team player and effective communicator
- knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows and Office
- knowledge of other Microsoft technologies including Exchange and Server concepts
