Are you looking to make a real impact in your community? The Community Union Defence League (CUDL) is calling on compassionate individuals to join our team of volunteers. Since 2018, our street kitchen in Martin Place has been a beacon of hope, distributing over 300 meals every week to those in need.

Role: Volunteer Server at Street Kitchen

Location: Martin Place, Sydney Commitment: Once a month on Sundays, 3:30 PM - 6:00pm

Responsibilities Include:

Serving pre-prepared nutritious meals to community members. Preparing and serving hot beverages like tea and coffee. Engaging with patrons, offering not just sustenance but also companionship and support. Assisting in the setup and takedown of the street kitchen, ensuring a smooth operation from start to finish.
