Presbyterian Aged Care - North Ryde Community Aid provides a transport service to the elderly living in Ryde, North Ryde, West Ryde, Gladesville, Hunters Hill, Eastwood and Epping.

We urgently seek people with a bit of spare time, who are interested in assisting to drive our elderly clients to their medical appointments.

You will collect the client at the arranged time and take them to their appointment. Dependent on the length of the appointment the return trip is scheduled with yourself or another driver.

The number of transports you wish to accept is totally up to you. All trips are during the week, no weekends required. We are very flexible and appreciate any time you can give.

Petrol is reimbursed, a set price, per trip.

You must be vaccinated against Covid (at least 2 doses of a vaccine) and have your own comprehensively insured car.

Our clients are very appreciative of the door-to-door service and feel assured they will make their appointment on time. If you would like to assist our clients, who are no longer capable of driving themselves, get to their medical appointments we would love to hear from you.
