Job Objectives

  • Provide technical support for our organization's website, including updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

  • Manage and update the content on our organization's WordPress-based website, including pages, posts, and multimedia content such as images and videos.

  • Ensure that our website is optimized for search engines and meets accessibility standards.

  • Collaborate with other teams to develop multimedia content such as graphics, videos, and infographics to support our social media and website content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and moderate comments on our website and social media channels, responding to inquiries and escalating issues as needed.

  • Manage and monitor our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and ensure that all content is up to date, engaging, and in line with our brand messaging.

  • Use social media management tools to schedule and publish content, track performance, and report on key metrics such as engagement and reach.

  • Provide technical support for our organization's systems and platforms to ensure cross-functional teams have access to all systems they require to complete their work.

  • Maintain and support technical functions of the website and systems, including updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
