Volunteer computer tutor is required to provide support to our members. We have moved to a UMAS enrolment system for classes over the last 18 months, introduced Zoom and encouraged our members to learn and be comfortable using computers.

We encourage members to bring their own devices in so we can teach, familiarise and trouble shoot problems on a familiar piece of technology, as well as using our own hardware to expand their comfort zones. We provide support for both Apple and Microsoft devices.

Classes are held in our dedicated computer room.

For this role you will need to be able to listen and relate to older citizens, have a good level of capability with computers, and be friendly and caring with older persons.

Our U3A is open 9.30am - 4pm.
