Grants team systems administrator
Sydney Heritage FleetThe systems administrator is the lynchpin of our grants team. We will train the successful applicant in the applications we use; Our Community, and Microsoft SharePoint if necessary, and expect applicants to have a good working knowledge of Word and email. A working knowledge of the Fleet is also an advantage. Visit our website to learn about us.
You will require your own computer with a good internet connection and a copy of Microsoft Word.
The position is responsible for maintaining the Fleet’s dashboard in Our Community, an application for not-for-profits which helps us find and apply for grants.
The grants team consists of 7 grant writers and a system administrator. The systems administrator's major tasks are:

Receiving grant opportunities by email from four subscription services and deciding which opportunities will be discussed by the grants team.

Recording the team's decisions and actions on Our Community dashboard.

Ensuring reports and returns needed to acquit grants are produced and submitted on time by the relevant grant writer.

Monitoring the grants team email address.

Keeping the grants team files on SharePoint current.
