MUTTI is led by the resilient voices of those with lived experience who have resisted conforming to social norms which cause marginalisation.

As a volunteer with MUTTI you will gain unique experience across both the arts/culture and social advocacy sectors, helping deliver MUTTI”s innovative vision for individual and community.

Duties may include:

• Work as part of the MUTTI team to realise our vision and mission for social inclusion and empowerment in the online sphere.
• Work as part of a project team to deliver the online components of our onsite exhibitions, activations and tours
• Collaborate with our Marketing & Communications and Social Media Managers, Researcher and Graphic Designer to Provide a great online experience for our team, partners, participants and audiences.
• Design and produce new websites and web content
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing websites and web content
• Manage accessibility, security, SEO, eCommerce and social media integrations
• Optimise site performance and efficiency

Required skills:

• Ability to align with MUTTI’s vision, mission and values
• Able to be self-motivated and directed but also able to work as part of a team as required
• Good organisational, time management and interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in web design, UX, UI, SEO and eCommerce
• Proficient in WordPress, including themes, plugins and editors, and Google Analytics
• Able to work from home
• Must have sufficient internet for online collaboration and communication
• The minimum requirement is 3 hours per week
