The Salvation Army is committed to helping meet the basic needs of the Kalgoorlie-Boulder community. We have very generous supplies but need help to pick up these donations and bring to our Community Centre. Your role would be as the role of Food Collection Driver who provides support in collecting and/or unloading trucks, checking and placing food stock on shelves, making food packs ready and providing friendly and professional attention to community members.

Time commitment

– days of your choice - we provide this service 6 days a week. Suitable to fit in with school hours, food can be collected from 9.00am and then bought to our Church and if we have enough we also share with the Red Cross.

Role tasks/requirements

• drive our vehicle (manual) and collect food donations

Mandatory qualifications if required

• you will need a police clearance - we can assist you with this

Preferred qualifications/skills/experience as required

• must have manual license
