Come and work with Fingal Head Coastcare on 34 hectares of the very special Fingal Head Peninsula in Northern Rivers NSW. Since 1986, we have been removing weeds, propagating and planting local native species to re-establish our Littoral Rainforest, Coastal Woodland, wetland, heathland, dunal and headland vegetation (which had been destroyed by sand mining in the 1950's and 1960's). We are a hard-working dedicated group of volunteers who work in the nursery, dunes, bush and on our beautiful headland. Our achievements have been widely recognised with many awards over the years. We are also a very welcoming and friendly group.
