Rob’s Dogs Foundation. Is a small hands on Spay & Neuter project operating in Southern Thailand. We rely on donations of time and money to run our project. Aims: • To reduce the number of stray animals through CNVR (Catch Neuter Vaccinate Return) programs. • To keep rabies and other infectious diseases at bay through vaccination programs. • To collaborate with local communities and visitors to create awareness of the consequences of abandonment, abuse and neglect. • To encourage local and international Veterinary Professionals to offer support by means of expertise, time and resources. • To raise the funds and resources necessary to maintain the CNVR program. Reports to: The Sponsorships Manager reports to the Australian Board of RDF on a monthly basis.

Job Summary: The Sponsorships Manager is responsible for implementing and executing annual revenue generating activities for RDF. These activities include but are not limited to implementing our annual giving program, soliciting sponsorships for a variety of our packages such as staff wages, vehicle maintenance, supplies, microchips and one off special events. The Manager is also directly responsible for executing sponsorship related communications for the organization. The Manger works with the Australian Board in regard to planning, implementation, execution, and tracking of sponsorships. This role focuses on strategic sponsorship initiatives aimed to deliver a base revenue for operating costs, this will also help strengthen the organization’s market position and secure resources needed to grow and implement our projects. Key responsibilities include creating corporate sponsorship proposals (administration support is available for this) , selling sponsorship opportunities to local businesses, planning and executing sponsorship activation components, facilitating internal and external communications and effectively tracking and measuring programs. Roles and Responsibilities: • Evaluate the sponsorship program on a regular basis and provide updates to the Australian Board. • Actively support RDF activities by attending meetings and providing information and resources as needed. • Work in coordination with the Australian Board to achieve the organization’s sponsorship goals. • Responsible for the day-to-day management of new sponsorship components, working closely with internal stakeholders to execute programs. • Manage relationships with external corporate partners. • Proactively identify potential corporate partners. Engage and schedule meetings to discuss sponsorship opportunities with Australian based businesses, follow-up development sponsorship proposals, and communicate results and decisions to Australian Board. • Negotiates and manages sponsorship agreements and serves as a liaison with corporate partners on sponsorship execution. • Manage sponsorship budget. Responsible for all aspects of financial management including, coordinating sponsor invoicing and tracking of program components. • Establish tracking mechanisms, monitor the impact of programs and optimize as necessary. Desirable Qualifications • At least two years of experience in a philanthropy, sponsorship or sales related field • Strong oral and written communications skills • Charismatic and personable when working with stakeholders of all ages and backgrounds • Excellent critical thinking skills • Ability to work unsupervised and report concisely to Board of Directors. This is a VOLUNTTER Position – however we are offering 10% commission on all sponsorships sold. Payable monthly after sponsor pays.
