Grind to Ground Inc operates daily from CIT Bruce. People who live with Disabilities attend with their supports each week and produce our amazing product for your garden 'Grounded'.

Sourcing natural products from local businesses and CIT departments. Our little idea has grown to an amazing community support for all.

If you are interested in Volunteering, we are looking for people who love to be outside, maintain gardens and support others to learn. On a daily basis you will be expected to open and set up equipment from the shed on site (Shovels, Wheelbarrows etc.) Guide our Volunteers to maintain our garden, mix our product using a small electric mixer and other social activities.

We have grown to over 50 Volunteers that either mix, garden, collect coffee and do markets every month.

Positions are for 3 hour shifts on multiple days a week if desired.
