This is an exciting opportunity for a new energetic and pro-active Co-Cordinator to assist the Chater Coordinater in leading this dynamic team in Canberra. Represent the organisation professionally when engaging with media, managing volunteers and interacting with members of the public.

Engage and support all areas of the SSAL Volunteer Program.

Communicate and work effectively with all volunteers from various backgrounds of race, religion, gender and personal views.

Assist with managing the local chapter email account; respond to all queries and questions. If unsure about certain queries, contact the National Outreach Coordinator for clarification and advice.

Assist with the management of the local Ocean Defence Tour with the Events Coordinator.

Adhere to all Sea Shepherd Australia Policies and ensure volunteers operate within the Sea Shepherd Australian Guidelines.
