Project Displaced is a registered charity and provides free expert career coaching, resume writing advice, and mental health first aid for anyone in Australia who finds themselves out of work. With so many redundancies across industries right now, we need a hand getting some of our "house" in order and are looking for an Admin Super Star who has a few hours a week to help our Founder.

Ant Cohen founded Project Displaced in 2020 and was a 2022 Australian of the Year, Australia's Local Hero Finalist for NSW. He and a very small team of volunteers run the organisation on top of their day jobs. The work the volunteers do makes a real and positive difference in the lives of the people they help.

But the Admin side of things has gotten a little hectic (ok, very hectic) and we need a hand getting our online files in order (cataloguing, creating folders, etc), managing subscription lists, tidying up the volunteer and member logs, and even help with some occasional customer queries. If you've got skills in marketing we can use those too, but the most important and urgent thing we need help with is tidying up our filing systems and documents and creating a system that works.

Whatever help you can provide will make an enormous difference!

Depending on how organised you are, this role may last a couple of weeks or be an ongoing role where you can volunteer a few hours a week to help keep what you create in order. We'd love a longer working relationship where you can use your creativity and skills to create systems and processes that make us hum!
