Through a network of support services and programs across Australia, we assist one person every 17 seconds, and your gift of volunteering this Red Shield Appeal will enable us to provide specialised care to meet specific needs. Together, we can ensure no one is left in need.

We’re looking for volunteers to step out in the local community to help us raise vital funds for our services. These funds will allow us to continue transforming the lives of vulnerable people across Australia.

Locations:

Melbourne: WYNDHAM CITY, ST. KILDA, RICHMOND, MOONEE VALLEY, MELBOURNE CITY, HOBSONS BAY/ ALTONA, BRIMBANK, SUNSHINE, GREENSBOROUGH

Positions:

Community Collections (static collection spots)

Shifts:

May 15th - 28th Between 9am - 5pm approx. 2–3-hour shifts

Tasks:

Receiving donations from the public, issuing receipts as requested.

Some seating may be available at some sites
